An Australian personal trainer has shared how your diet could be sabotaging your well-intentioned workouts.

Cristian Angeli believes that many people include too much sugar and not enough protein in their diets, which can be detrimental to their workout routine.  

'What you do in the kitchen weighs heavily on your results whether it be muscle gain or fat loss, when losing weight we want to lose body fat not muscle,' he told Daily Mail Australia.
